Delete your MannMitra account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the app or from this website. It takes effect straight away and can’t be undone.

How to delete it

1. In the app: open Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
2. On the website: log in, go to My account and use Delete account at the bottom.
3. By email: write to Vikas@360ddm.in from the email address or with the mobile number on your account. We delete it within 7 days.

What we delete

• Your name, nickname, mobile number, email address, photo, gender and age
• Your sign-in methods and every device you are logged in on
• Your AI Companion chats, your session chat messages and your review comments

What we keep, without your name or contact details

• Payment and wallet records, for as long as Indian tax (GST) law requires
• Session dates, durations and charges, so counsellors are paid correctly, and star ratings
• A one-way coded form of your mobile number and email, only so the first-session offer can’t be claimed twice

Before you delete

• Any money left in your wallet is lost and can’t be refunded after deletion.
• End any session in progress, and cancel or finish upcoming therapy sessions first.
• You can sign up again later with the same number, as a new account.
